1. Who we are

Snipit is made by SisigLabs, an independent maker in the Philippines. By using Snipit, you agree to these terms.

2. Using Snipit

Snipit is free for personal use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or present it as your own.

3. Not financial advice

Snipit is a record keeper. It does not lend money, move money, or give financial, legal or tax advice. Totals, due dates and projections are worked out from what you enter, so check important numbers with your bank, lender or insurer.

4. Your data and backups

Your trackers are stored only on your phone. You are responsible for making backups and keeping their passwords safe. A lost backup password cannot be recovered, and SisigLabs cannot restore data that was never backed up.

5. Provided “as is”

Snipit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors.

6. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, SisigLabs is not liable for any loss or damage from using Snipit, including lost data, missed payments, or decisions made using the app.

7. Sponsors and other websites

Snipit and this website may link to sponsors and other websites. Their offers, terms and privacy practices are their own.

8. Tips

Tips sent through the Support page are voluntary gifts. They don't buy features, priority or refunds.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Snipit means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
